 Use the files below to manually install the mod Go to C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.HoganThreshold_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\GTS\1_11_2931_2_active AppData is usually a hidden folder... see image below to enable hidden items  Install

 1. Delete the files out of that folder and place the 2 above files there     

- Do not rename the files. 2. Start game.  

Uninstall 1. Delete the files out of the folder 2. Start game.
